How it works

From attendance to incentives

This is the whole loop — what happens each day, when you're expected, and how earnings are worked out.

How it works

A day on the team

The same five steps every working day. No surprises, no moving targets.

  1. Mark attendance

Attendance for the day opens at midnight and closes at 10:00 AM. Mark it in the team portal any time in that window. If you can't work a day, tell your Team Leader in advance.

  2. Leads are assigned

A set of leads is assigned to you for the day. Everyone works their own list — no one competes for the same contacts.

  3. Call and follow up

Work through your list. Introduce yourself clearly, answer questions honestly and schedule follow-ups where they're wanted.

  4. Log the outcome

Record what happened on every call. The notes are how your Team Leader helps you and how your work gets counted.

  5. Performance is tracked

Your numbers update in the portal as you go. You and your Team Leader see the same figures — nothing is hidden from you.

Timings & attendance

Fixed hours, recorded daily

The schedule is the same every week. Knowing when you're expected is part of being treated professionally.

  • Attendance for the day opens at midnight — mark it any time before 10:00 AM.
  • Can't work a day? Tell your Team Leader in advance — that's all we ask.
  • Attendance affects your incentives because incentives follow work done.
  • Your attendance record is visible to you, not just to your Team Leader.

Earnings

How incentives are worked out

Earnings at Freelancer Waala are performance-based incentives. That is the honest description, and we'd rather say it plainly than dress it up.

You're told the rate first

Before you start, you're told what work is counted and what it pays. If a rate changes, you're told before it applies — not after.

Only verified work counts

Outcomes are checked before incentives are credited. This is what keeps the numbers honest for everyone on the team.

You can see your own figures

Your calls, outcomes and earned incentives are in the team portal. Your Team Leader sees the same screen you do.

It varies, and we won't pretend otherwise

Because earnings follow output, a quiet month pays less than a busy one. There is no fixed salary underneath.

What we will never say

We won't quote you a guaranteed monthly figure, promise “unlimited earnings”, or tell you a seat is about to run out. Anyone claiming to represent Freelancer Waala who does any of those things is not speaking for us — please report it.

Before you join

An honest look at what to expect

Read this properly. It's better to decide the work isn't for you now than three weeks in.

  • This is tele-calling. You will speak to a lot of people and hear “no” often — that is normal, not a sign you're doing badly.
  • There is no fixed salary. Earnings are incentives on verified work, so they vary from month to month.
  • You need a working smartphone, a stable internet connection and a reasonably quiet place to call from.
  • Hours are fixed and attendance is recorded daily. Consistency matters more here than any single good day.
  • Expect the first few weeks to be training and finding a rhythm. Results build up over time.
  • You never pay anything to join, and no one at Freelancer Waala may ask you for money. Report it if they do.
  • Everything is logged in the team portal. Your numbers are visible to you and to your Team Leader — the same figures for both.
