Roles & growth

Who does what, and how you move up

Four roles with stated responsibilities. You always know who you report to, what is expected of you, and what the next step looks like.

Associate (Caller)

The core of the team. Works the leads assigned to them and keeps every conversation honest and on record.

  • Work through the leads assigned to you each day
  • Make calls, answer questions and follow up on time
  • Log the outcome of every call in the team portal
  • Mark daily attendance before the window closes
  • Earn performance-based incentives on verified work

Team Leader

Guides a small group of associates day to day and is answerable for how that team behaves.

  • Guide and support a team of associates
  • Share meeting links and run daily check-ins
  • Review team performance every day and give feedback
  • Answer questions and escalate problems quickly
  • Responsible for the conduct of their team

Moderator

Supervises Team Leaders, keeps standards consistent across teams and reviews anything that gets escalated.

  • Keep quality and conduct standards consistent
  • Review escalations and grievances
  • Spot patterns in performance data across teams
  • Recommend recognition and role changes

Admin

Oversight of the whole operation — accounts, records, payouts and the policies everyone works under.

  • Oversee the operation end to end
  • Manage accounts, access and records
  • Approve and release incentive payouts
  • Own the code of conduct and removal policy
  • Final decision-maker on grievances

Growth & recognition

A path you can actually see

Moving up is based on consistency, quality of work and conduct — not on how long you've been here, and not on who you know.

  1. Step 1

    Associate

Where everyone starts. Learn the process, build a calling rhythm and get comfortable with the portal.

  2. Step 2

    Team Leader

Considered for associates who are consistent, follow the code of conduct and already help the people around them.

  3. Step 3

    Moderator

Considered for Team Leaders who run steady teams over a long period and handle escalations well.

Monthly top performers

Each month the strongest performers across teams are named and recognised.

Leaderboards in the portal

Team and individual standings are visible in the team portal, so you always know where you stand.

First in line for Team Leader

The people considered for a Team Leader role are the ones already supporting others well.

To be clear: a promotion is a decision, not an entitlement. We tell you what's expected at the next level and give you honest feedback on where you are — but we won't promise a role we can't hand out.

Support & grievances

Questions, or something that isn't right?

Start with your Team Leader — most things are settled there. If it isn't resolved, or the problem is with your Team Leader, write to us directly and a Moderator or Admin will look at it.
